Got my SOUL OPF Delete Pipes from Jet-Hot today. They coated them in a 1300 degree titanium finish ceramic coating.

Bob, I’d recommend complete removal if going the acetone/Iso route. There is no way to rotate them around so the label is facing up. Here is a pic of the OEM ones in the non-deployed state, labels face down. Deploying label now against windshield and not level...

Considering this...

I read you story in the other thread, awesome results, would look real nice in my car!

This might be the first thing I try, but wonder if it would sooner rather than later to get these labels off a newer car before the adhesive has a chance to bake in the sun etc?

Definitely considering this for my May delivery GTS 4.0. About how much lead time is needed from order to shipping?

The Soul pipes took about 3 weeks. They shipped them directly to Jet-Hot for me. Jet-Hot had them for a week. So four and a half weeks total. If you want a ceramic coating greater than 1300 degrees from Jet-Hot you have to send the pipes to their Tulsa, OK shop. I had mine done in Greensboro, NC.

Thanks, good to know. Still have plenty of time to do this. Did the Jet Hot color you chose most closely match the OEM pipes?

T-Carbon key fob in carbon fiber. Excellent quality and fits snug. Nice to be able to identify my GT4 key quickly over the stock key for the Macan. On amazon for $64.

Selection RS has a number of 1/43 scale GT4s and Spyders for sale. GR, yellow, black, white and MB available. I have the white Spyder, quality isn’t bad and the company was fine through the ordering process.

What was shipping, and do you think that a guy could paint one of these to match the actual car?

I have the white Spyder from them as well and it is a close match to my spec. Just be super careful with the side mirrors...attached by a tiny little piece and hard to glue back

Shipping was easy, quick for international and included in the price. It just showed up as expected.

Im away from the house and suck at estimating size but I would guess 3 inches long. Cute removable top. I did a boring blog post about it here when I was desperate for “car” photos https://911maniac.com/2021/03/09/rai...g-with-models/

I ordered the MB GT4 last night; they charge ~$20 for shipping from France. Same size/scale as the model you can get at the dealer in 1/43 size, about 10cm long (15cm w/ display case). With FX for a GT4, was around CA$90.

Thanks Guys! I have a couple that represent my earlier Porsches, I was looking to add one now for the Spyder.

Just not sure and the smaller one or something a bit larger.
