i) why would you delete the 3rd brake light?
ii) where'd you get the painted rear reflectors? IND?

1) because it’s ugly
2) prepping and painting the actual reflector lens. No one makes a replacement as far as I know.

I hear you. But I live in a new construction area. Plus its very windy where I live. If the car sits for a week or two it looks bad. I wash the car before the cover goes on. The car cover has a felt lining.
To each is own...

I’ve used indoor car covers for over a decade and never had a problem. Another reason to use them is protection from people. For instance, maybe you have three kids under ten who sometimes bump things as they run around like chickens with their heads cut off. A felt lined car cover gives a layer of protection.

You took out the little leather pieces below the headrest; did they just pull right off? I like the look of carbon better than those pads!

Yes the 'backrest pad', removal is straight forward, from the back side of the seat, protect the CF with painters tape, a slight pry in the left/right side to loosen those clips, then from the bottom with a panel pry tool under the edge and pushing up and the back plate pops right off.

I didn't spend all that money on CF seats to cover it with leather! Besides if understand correctly, that pad is for children, mine are all grown up, well at least out of the house!

Thanks, they are from Garry at ClassicFX in England.

One side note and a benefit in my mind, many have commented that the LWBS are tough to get in and out of (I agree), what I do find is the with the Sport Tex the surface allows more butt slip and therefore it is easier for me to slid into the seat...
