Yes, I believe Beachwood and some other dealers got some.

Porsche of North Houston had 6 on the lot last week.
John Wright is the SA that seems to have a good reputation on Rennlist.

Well that pic above solidified my decisions on GT Silver, LEDs and blacked out Porsche logo.

Would be nice if there was an in between on the logo blackout. Stock looks a bit bright and blackened looks too dark.

Love the jewelry between the streamliners. Just beauty.

I think it would be cool to do a Spyder delete, then buy the logo piece, drop the 718 and center the Spyder logo, so it looks similar to the 981. Don't know why they added 718 to the Spyder logo.

I would have said a branding / marketing decision no doubt, as they are trying to make a go out of the 718 moniker and I suppose ensuring it gets applied to the Spyder is going to further inroads. But somehow the GT4 escapes the 718 badge so that theory doesn't hold up at least in part.

There's a picture somewhere on this board I swear I saw that had this done. I know there's also photos of cars online that have it. There's that mint green PTS Porsche family car where it just the Spyder for naming.

I am thinking of doing this myself.

Anyone have a parts counter cost on a fresh badge?

Didn't find the 2020 Spyder logo but the 2016 version is $165 US

But you could just remove the one on the car, reapply the adhesive then reposition.
