160 on a bike is insanely FAST, did you feel you were about to lift off the ground?
Not at all. The bike was pretty steady, although it took longer than I expected to get to top speed with the throttle wide open. I knew the section of road really well and decided to go for it.
young and dumb and certainly wouldn't do it again!
271km/h on my R1. Ran out of room (read as “courage”) on the way to 300km/h. In a car, around 240ish (M2).
I talked to an instructor who tracks a Ducatti, he hits 332kph / 206mph approaching turn 12 at COTA.
You guys on bikes must have special seats made to carry the juevo's it takes to go 150+.
