Bought a 17 911s and just traded it to get back in a 718 CaymanGTS.

Gorgeous car (although I'm not exactly unbiased, I'm about to buy the Boxster twin to this, a Carmine Red BGTS)!

And I would, and did, pick a 718 GTS over any late-model 911. Fantastic, but very different, cars and I much prefer the 718. Enjoy that *beautiful* GTS!

Generally speaking I don't like red cars or black wheels. This is the exception. Lovely.

Thx. Agree on Cayman over 911. Both great though.

I'm a terrible photographer but here is the 718 I bought today, the topless twin to the CGTS of @Bparrott

Outstanding. Looks even better without a roof.

Belated Congratulations on the GTS and love the Sapphire Blue. I’m disappointed it is no longer offered. Can you tell me more about your PEC experience? I am thinking about European delivery, but that’s a lot more involved vs a trip to Atlanta.

European delivery program is definitely recommended. I picked up mine in October. The actual delivery experience is not that much to write home about (the factory tour was pretty cool though), however driving my car on the autobahn is an experience that I will never forget. Racked up 1,000 miles in a week with a total average speed approaching 100mph (and only one speeding ticket - which cost 20EUR plus international postage).
