Production to end this month and VW recently announced a one week shut down for Osnabrück to occur in October. Maybe Friday is the day?

I assume they will at least have a small press release and a few pics?

 

My guess is we'll find out at a later time (if at all), but guess we'll see. Since Porsche is reportedly reviving the ICE 718, maybe they won't keep the last production 982. I never heard of Porsche keeping the last 981, but who knows.
