Spark plug torque
I helped a friend change his oil and plugs on a 2018 Cayman today. The plugs had over 50K miles on them and looked beautiful.
But ...
Three of the four plugs were just barely hand tight. The car was still driving fine. The looser the plug the further the brownish color extended up the threads. Is this loosening normal on these cars? Should checking the torque be a maintenance item?
Just curious ...

when I did my 21 plugs they all looked good too, a couple were a little easy to remove but I wouldn't call them loose. the factory torque is pretty light on these ... as long as you're not getting blow by into the plug chamber you are fine. there are a LOT of threads on these and the design of the coil etc is going to keep them from loosening up in any material way.
23 Nm

This assuming it's a 2.0. 2.5 uses a different plug.

These were in with maybe 5 lb ft. There was some blow by progressing down the threads.
But on the plus side, compared with the 997s and 991s I've helped friends with, these plugs were simple.
OTOH, that oil filter really sucks!!!!
