Buying a PEC tracked car (I think) for someone who will never track?

Here is another 2023 Cayman S PEC car I found at Porsche.com for sale: MSRP $104K, sale price $84K. PEC car could be the reason. But I didn't notice that kind of discount an PEC 911s cars. All the other used CPO 2023 Cayman S prices looked within expectations.

Concur. Last August I bought a CPO 2022 BGTS that was originally delivered to Porsche Design in California in December 2021, never titled and ran on manufacturer's plates without any prior registration. When I bought it, I got the original MSO that they delivered straight to my local tax office, I paid the sales tax and title in Texas. Mine had 2518 miles at the time of purchase.
