Weird rev spike from PDK. Help needed.
Hello,
I was enjoying a track day, and all of a sudden, I got a weird rev spike from PDK.
I drive 718 GT4, and such behavior never happened before (and not after this incident either).
I attached a mov file. What could be the reason for this spike?
For more reference, I was turning hard left on an uphill, probably pulling more than 1G.
From what I know, that corner also shows quite a big speed difference between inner and outer wheels.
I had PDK Sport on, sports exhaust on, stop and go function off, and active suspension was set to hard.
I did not turn off stability control and traction control. They were on all the time.
And... I think I felt ever so slight oversteer when this happened.
My car is all stock. Nothing is modified.
Can GT4's LSD cause this spike in rpm?
Perhaps the car's left rear wheel had sudden loss of traction? But then why would SC + TC light not blink?
I can't really think of other reasons.
It would be great to hear your thoughts.
Thank you in advance.

Any chance you just tapped the left shift paddle inadvertently? If not, I still wouldn't worry. No over rev - maybe you were just near the shift point and a slight change in throttle input triggered a downshift.
PDK is near perfect but not absolutely perfect. There is one turn on one of my regional tracks (T10 NJMP Thunderbolt - the Octopus) where I very occasionally get an unwanted downshift.
I'd keep an eye out but wouldn't be worried at this point.

But not the change in throttle input since I was in manual mode.
