If this interests anyone at all. I’m about 220 and this was a half tank of gas and AP Racing BBK at all four corners. Car has quite a few options including the 18-ways. I was expecting it to be 50-100lbs less…
I never believe manufacturers' numbers. Google says a 2019 GTS weighs 3,032 lbs. Yeah, right! Yours (-220) is around 3,227 lbs (43%/57% F/R), which is more realistic. By the way, Google says my upcoming 2024 Style Edition rings in at 3,227 lbs, which is exactly what yours is showing (ha ha), and a more realistic figure, so not bad for a more powerful GTS 2.5T model, and with PTV standard.
My 718 T with LWBS, Bose, fire extinguisher, weighed in at 3070lbs with a full tank of gas. Standard size tank. So your car seems to be ~150lbs heavier than mine.

I think the power seats are probably the heaviest option after PDK (55 lbs extra), and PTV... but both the T and GTS have PTV standard, so it should be included in their curb weight. The larger fuel tank should add about 20 lbs, including the extra fuel, but it's not available on the 2.0T after 2024. And Bose maybe 10 lbs? After that, assuming 20" wheels, the rest of the options probably add just a marginal amount of weight.
same here PDK. looks like your options are on the "heavy" side ... but still pretty good for sport car .... everything else is above 3600 lbs w/o driver. most important the car feels light at the track.
The 14-ways have to be lighter, not only due to less bolstering everywhere, but less motors too. And are more comfortable too, so that's what I got. For some reason, the lumbar on the non-adjustable manual ones bother me, so I 'needed' power seats. The power ones fully deflated perfect for me. Plus it's nice to get the memory function too.

I felt the same way about the seats. So did my sales agent. He regretted having the 18 way. I like having the memory option. I use mine every day I drive.
How are manufacturers are supposed to report curb weight? I don't know if there are any rules but I always assumed that the manufacturer would report the curb weight as the lowest (most favourable) weight configuration they offer, and let the customer guess how much the optional equipment weighs.
It would be a great public service if some lawmaker required manufacturers to list, in addition to the already mandated GVWR, accurate weights for every accessory or option above, say, 5 kilograms of added mass.
Any doctor will tell you that if you want to stop bloating, you have to get on the scale regularly and monitor the blubber. Obviously there hasn't been hardly any auto manufacturer doing that lately, at least not for mainstream models.

It's up to them - most quote weight with standard equipment, and often even dry weights in the marketing materials. If they quote with any optional lightweight package then it's always brought out. It would be nice if weight would be brought out and would change in real-time with options added directly in the configurator. Sounds like a very straightforward thing to program and implement, but they probably think not enough people care. If you ask from the dealer I'm sure they'll be able to get you the weights.
