Ever since having new tints installed, my alarm has been going off very frequently. Even with double clicking the lock button on the fob to disable the interior sensor, it still triggers regardless every few minutes. Trying to find a solution online hasn't been successful. Has anyone dealt with this before?

I haven't but I wonder if the installer leaked water to the fuse box or maybe it got one of the sensors wet or something like that. I remember it was an issue with BMWs where you needed to make sure the installer had done BMWs before to avoid that.

If so, water may have reached electronics
disconnect battery for a few days to let water evaporate, ideally with car parked outside, then see what happens when battery plugged back
