E-Motion High Performance Street/Track GT4
Hey everyone,
Has anyone here had experience with Emotion brake pads on the 718 GT4?
How do they perform, what's the optimal temperature for bite, and how do they work with the Porsche steel rotors? Can they bond over the remnants left from the OEM pads, or would you have to change the rotors to achieve a cleaner chemical transformation?
Also, how much brake dust do they produce compared to the Porsche OE pads, and do they result in less dust?
Any input is greatly appreciated.

Thanks, everyone!

Haven’t tried/heard of these pads. For that price, and pad compound, why not go with a trusted brand like Ferodo - DS2500’s? They’re roughly $400 cheaper, and you get free replacements through FCP. Im currently running these for Street/Track, though I will be swapping to another brand come 2025 to a more dedicated track compound.

I know another manufacturer built a break pad with very little dust, but it is not suitable for the track.
Emotion said would be less brake dust and light track use is okay, and that's what I'm looking for, so I don't swap brake pads.
