I am wiring a backup camera. According to PIWIS wiring diagram the following are the pins
pin 1 red Term30 power
pin 4 orange/violet can high
pin 5 term 31 brown ground
Pin 8 orange/ brown can low
The camera I purchased 95B-980-551-L has pin 1 red
pin 5 white
pin 4 orange
pin 6 brown
pin 8 blue

Do i follow the wire color or the pin #? Pin 1 and 4 seem to match but not sure on the other three is one just extra? But how should I wire it?

I wired it per diagram. But still could not get it to work. PIWIS saw the camera I could enter calibration but it would not turn on in the radio. Put it on the back burner. I think I need to add it via maintenance. May try later this summer
