It looks fantastic though. I actually literally just got back from taking a trip to my local dealer to check out a 991.2 Turbo S that had a "satin treatment"... but I'm not sure if it was PPF or a wrap honestly. It appeared clear but wasn't the best job; you could easily see the edges of the film/wrap pretty much everywhere, but especially the gas cap, doors and wing. Plus I'm not sure about maintenance; presumably the PPF would be as easy as any other PPF, which is to say easier than paint. Not sure about a wrap though; this 911 I looked at today had some pretty glaring defects when you got up close. Not a huge deal unless you're nitpicking, but I would probably nitpick it.
But at about 10 feet it looked INCREDIBLE.
Here's the car I looked at: https://www.porscheannapolis.com/cer...dc5b04d134.htm

Nice! I'm personally considering doing similar to a Macan GTS that will be delivered this fall/winter. I figure XPEL Stealth is the way to go, but I'd love to get more data points and details before dropping the $10k it's gonna cost to do it.

@SoCal-NSX - Do you always leave your spoiler extended? I always make sure mine is retracted, it just looks cleaner to me that way.

Xpel (or Stek) PPF has a 10 year warranty and has self healing properties. {Both gloss and stealth). I can't stress enough to find a top notch installer with a solid portfolio of work. I have a 21 GLC63 that has Xpel PPF and after 12k miles and it looks flawless.
I took the GT4 to an installer that does hyper cars daily and couldn't be happier with the job they did. Anyway, here's a couple more random pics.

Warranty on a wrap is around 2 years and provides little protection compared to PPF. If you did decide to do a wrap I don't recommend going matte, only gloss. Matte wraps attract more stains and dirt regardless of ceramic coating.

who did it and how much if you don’t mind?
I agree on the matte wraps… they look like trash within two months.
I had my 92 NSX wrapped back 2014 and it held up great until I sold her in 2019…probably still on her

GLC63 went to Polished Protection in Signal Hill, $6500 {16 months ago}GT4 went to Performance Film Solutions in Santa Ana, $8700
Both did perfect jobs.
What area of Socal are you?

And yeah the photoshop pics are bad... I don't understand because their used car lot is empty and the front of the dealership would make for nice shots. The took the wing off in the one pic. I don't get it... but the car itself actually looks pretty great, especially with those insane carbon wheels but I digress.
So if I could somehow spend $6500 for semi-transparent piece of plastic to be wrapped over my car I'd be ecstatic... crazy times we live in!
