Please help me with this engine noise on my 718 GTS. It's very obvious coming from the engine bay on the passenger side.

It sounds like sonar pinging to me...are you close to an ocean?

That’s a new one that, sorry to say, I can’t hep with. Do you hear it from inside, outside or both?

Sounds interesting... if I heard it out of context I'd say the windshield wipers were on...

In any case I really don't know what to tell you as far as expectations for being able to effectively diagnose your issue based off an audio clip on a chat forum. I highly recommend taking it in to a proper Porsche specialist.
