Default Wheel fit question

I'm looking at a set of custom Titan-7 wheels that are for sale (currently on a 997) and the specs are a bit unique and I'm unsure how much room I actually have to play with. Seller is not local, so I can't test fit it. Figured I'd put it out there and see if anyone has any input. Would need to fit a 2019 Cayman GTS with SPASM.

Specs are:

Front: 19 x 9 +48 235/35/19
Rear: 19 x 10.7 +49 305/30/19

Any input on the offsets would be appreciated.

There are lots of wheel size calculators available to help. Even if they indicate that the wheels will fit, I would be very cautious about buying non-standard wheels no matter what anyone on a forum says. It isn't as simple as some may think.

I've used a few of the calculators and they suggest it will bring the wheel in about 12.9mm closer to the strut over the OEM wheel in the rear. From what I can measure it seems like there's room for that, but I'm curious about what offsets and widths some folks have run already.
