Default Is Red slowing my delivery?

Red seems to be a rare spyder color. Smart manufacturing has you doing things in batches for scales of economy.

Is my selection of GR as my spyder color possibly what’s pushing me all the way to December for production? If I switch to gentian, might it move forward?

Musings.

I doubt paint would hold it up, especially GR. It’s probably some other supply chain issue. All I know is that I made a change before my lock date and my build slipped a week. Perhaps any change pulls the build out of the cue.

“Pushing”?

What was your original allocation date?

What has it been “pushed” to?

Allocation date = build date

No. Paint color has nothing to do with delivery time. Likely the global intertwined economic and pandemic issues.

agreed, paint will not impact the delivery, especially with a standard color (for porsche). this is a great video to watch, but for the purposes of this discussion skip to 13:10 to see the prep and paint process.
