Default SO frustrated

Long story short . I was going to look at a Cayman S last Wednesday , but the AC compressor in my Mustang went as I was getting gas. So had to deal with that. I did not get to the dealer until Saturday ( still without my Mustang/trade-in) . Worked the numbers, and took 24 hours to think on it. I was looking at CPO this was new . I was about to put down a deposit , like was filling out the papers online and get a text from the SA that it sold .

So still looking for a 718 with PDK / SC / PASM

sorry to read this. i know how you feel. one thing i did learn from the experience with searching for Porsches, the hard search leads to misses but it sometimes brings something better down the road. keep your head up.

I lost a Carrera that way a few years back and in hindsight it turned out to be a godsend. Unanswered prayers and all that.

Agree with all of this ^^^^

My wife and I can remember when we got the call from our SA to give us the news that we lost the car that we thought we had. What we ended up with was even nicer, spec'd better and significantly off msrp.
Something better is definitely in store for you.

Very few of them around, especially with PASM. If you find the one you want, its best to jump on it, the market is strong for these cars right now.
