Default 718 Cayman - Spark Plug Change

Hi

My 718 Cayman S went into the local OPC last Monday for a 4 Year Service, a week later I still haven't been told it is finished.

I was told after some chasing to find out what was wrong, that 2 coil bolts are seized, stopping them from changing the spark plugs. They seem to think that if they can't undo the bolts and end up having to drill them out, that is my issue and want to charge me for the labour. My view is that I have paid them to carry out service items, how they do that and how difficult it is is their problem.

I'm interested to know if anyone else on here has had the same / similar problem.

Adam

Is your car out of warranty? Is this the first plug change, and if not, is it the same OPC that did the last change?
