Default Tire trailer

Is anyone pulling a tire trailer (like a Leroy Engineering) and figured out the wiring for a 4 pin connector on these cars? I've poked around but from what I figure out since the indictor lights are shared with the stop and tail lights, when one of those is activated my left turn signal doesn't flash, only when everything is off. Everything else works.

You get one of these? Looking for a tire trailer. You connect this to the tow hook? Actually mount a ball?

Those pics are from when I picked it up. Found a tow bar with more drop to level it out. Multiple trips, longest was over 1000 miles with no issues.

Cooler, canopy, fuel (empty till I get close). ~600 lbs trailer included. The whole setup is maneuverable enough to get through a drive thru still.

ZCI Zero Contact Interface Universal ModuLite for the wiring. I had a hitch made by GuruRack, originally just for a bike rack but added some D rings for the chains. Whole license plate slides down to expose it.

My Interest is peaked on the hitch fabrication. I may need to follow up on this.
