Direct Injection issue?

I'll be receiving a new 718 Spyder next week and was wondering if anyone has had an issue with direct injection carbonizing. (Air-oil separator) Has anyone installed a catch can, and might it be necessary?

(BTW, I'm a newby and this is my first post)

I had a 2011 DFI Boxster S until a few months ago. ZERO issues with the injection. This is a tried and true device.
