Default Tire wear F vs. R

At about 12,500 miles on my 2018 CS. Came with the Goodyear Eagles. Rears are getting close to wear bars and look like they have another 1-2000 miles left. Fronts still look good. I eventually want to go to PS4S as I'm a Michelin fan, but I haven't been unhappy with the Eagles. Are people seeing about 2:1 wear R/F? I don't want to toss a perfectly good set of front tires. On the other hand, if they're not going to wear out simultaneously with the second set of rears, I don't want to commit to new front Eagles and continue the cycle.
Related question - I know you're not supposed to mix and match (PS4S rears until front Eagles die), but how important is that in real life (for me, backroads fun and rare track day, some DD)?
TIA for replies.

Don't mix tires.

Yes, double stints on the front is very normal.

Replace them all now, sell off the fronts used to someone else, enjoy a better tire.
