Default KW HAS Kit on 718 Cayman

I was just reading this thread on the 991 KW HAS kit and sounds like a good system. Just wondering if anyone has tried it on their 718 or 981?

https://rennlist.com/forums/991/9647...ive-diy-5.html

I have PASM-Sport but I think I'd probably go 10mm lower again and want to retain the factor PASM system as some of the mountain style roads I drive get a bit bumpy.

I don't really want the suspension to be much firmer in comfort mode and my reading suggest there is not a lot of change to comfort.

I'm also curious to see how these compare to regular lowering springs. Of course coilovers are better, but at 1/4th of the price for these they could be a valid option

From my reading the KW HAS kits are more designed for an aesthetic purpose rather than performance, although people do say they a slightly firmer and flatter through the corners due to being lower which makes sense. Overall the consensus seems to be that ride quality is still maintained in comfort setting.

I am almost ready to lock in a set but I notice the Part #: 25371048 that is listed for the 718 is the same part number for the 981 Cayman:

https://www.kwsuspensions.com/produc...-25371048.html

I even found Eibach was using the same part number for 981 and 982/718 suggesting the kits are interchangeable.

Now I'm thinking there is very little difference in weight distribution between the 981 and 982/718 but I have read that the 718 has slightly firmer spring rates.

My thinking would suggest that the KW HAS kit will be firmer than standard 981 and 718 springs but similar to the slightly shorter 718 S/GTS springs that come with PASM sport.

If anyone has any info on this or expertise please advise.
