Wow, I sit close for the same reasons (driving schools) but you sit very close, you also seem to have longer legs and a slightly shorter torso than most your height (we are the same height). I have compromised and have a slightly modified position for day to day driving and a different position for track work. I believe most instructors would say you are a little too close, with your arms stretched out you wrists should drape over the wheel and with your foot fully on the brake pedal you should have less of a bend. Of course if that position works for you then its not a problem but it might be worth repositioning a bit.
