I'd like to treat the wheels. Wondering if the typical sealants, which aim at producing high gloss, will corrupt the semi-matte appearance of the platinum satin. Do I need to be particular about the product I use, or does it not matter?

I happened to get turned on to this guy, Larry Kosilla, who has a fantastic youtube channel and seems to REALLY be passionate and competent for all things detailing. Here's a link to his "wheel regimen" products, which are actually fairly reasonably priced and from some cursory research I've done seem to be top notch quality. I also encourage you to check out his other products and videos, I've learned a ton already and I've only been following this for about a week.
