Nothing more then pulling all the parts out and really getting to see what I have to work with. The 356 registry will have a project thread with this car once I start the work, probably wont be till after P2O though. Just finishing up a motor swap in a friends truck then I should be able to start getting it torn down the rest of the way. I did find some receipts in the car from 1984 which I believe is the last time it was on the road being driven regularly. I'm going to try and track down previous owners through the documents I found and see if they have an history on the car. It was Ivory white with red interior from the factory and I'm fairly certain that's the way I'll keep it, but it will be built as an outlaw.

 

Any luck tracking down the previous owners ?
