Is anyone else having trouble accessing the 356 Registry website?
Any word on when it will be back up and running?

Yes. They sent me an e-mail stating a virus was infecting their computers and they would be down an undetermined time.

VIRUS INFECTS OUR WEBSITE

Shortly after the spam reports, a serious Trojan PHP "virus" was inserted onto our server by persons unknown. Its main effect was to gain access to files used for the site. Because credit card information is not channeled through the website (a secure third party system is used for all financial transactions) NO member personal financial data was compromised.



Our support people at the hosting site have been working on resolving the issues for a week and progress is being made. Unfortunately, as of 1 pm Thursday. October 4th, the server had to be shut down for up to 48 hours to allow rebuilding. We will report via email as soon as the problems are resolved.
