Cheers everyone -

I'm interested in finding the best book with a breakdown of 356 specifications over it's model run. I have Ludvigsen's 3-volume "Excellence Was Expected" but was wondering if there is a more definitive publication covering 356 specs. Ideas?

Elfrinks, a factory workshop manual, Pellow's books (ABCs of 356/912), etc.

What kind of "specs" are you talking about? If you mean, for example, valve adjustment specs, that's one thing; if you mean general differences in the model years, that's another. The official Porsche spec book and Harry Pellows spec book are both good:
