We are considering buying this 356 Roadster ->

Can anyone provide us with more information about this car?

Kind Regards,

If you're interested in this type of 356 I know of a '59 Convertible D that is more rare that I'm sure the owner will take similar money for, might be worth checking out.

looks pretty nice (KYBs are cheap shocks though - should have Konis or Bilsteins), but I'd get a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) performed by a 356 expert. here's another in CA... a red '61;

another good place to ask about a specific 356's history is the 356 Registry Forum;

good luck!

Thanks for your advises and the Convertible D looks stunning!

There is one big advantage with the car I referred to, it is already in the Netherlands! I'll check the 356 registry forum as well.

Warm regards,

Ok, I see I saw the dealership was in California so I assumed you may want to import a car to the Netherlands. A lot of people are taking cars back to Europe now taking advantage of the exchange rate.

No Problem Matt, always good to see what else is available! And you are right, many cars are imported here in the EU these days!
