Default Wiper motor rebuild- DIY?

My wiper motor needs help. It will not move, even tying to move the mechanism manually. Is there a procedure for tearing down and rebuilding one of these available?

The car is a 1963 and the wiper motor appears to be a T5/6 type with 3 bolts attachment. Is the gear case serviceable as it looks to be almost part of the switch/motor assembly?

Or, if I cannot make this work where should I look for a replacement?

I found a replacement motor on ebay and they do come up on ebay from time to time. Not even sure I needed it but I need to mess around with my wipers and thought it would be good to have a spare.

I think wiper motors typically sell for around $50 or so on ebay.

Anyway, much better to ask the question on the Registry bulletin board, where you will get some very knowledgeable responses.
