Doesn't seem to be a common mod (& I don't think it was a factory option in-the-day), but you can search the technical section of the 356 Registry for clues. I can't see why one couldn't install 911 rear seat belts in a 356, being certain the attachment points are adequately strong. Here are the experts in 356 seat belts...
