My lawn mower/tractor just died, so I can't even get someone to tow me around the yard this year...

I know how you feel. In the interests of full disclosure, my '65 SC can't make the TnTubs drive tomorrow (oil cooler leak, only doing short drives till I get around to pulling the engine & etc), & I don't even want to think about the '59, however, my mower IS working (so there!), but I refuse to mow this weekend.

Thus, I have convinced a friend to drive his '73T (RS look w/ 3.2 motor) so I can bask in the ignomy of not having my 356 at the annual get-together. {hmmm, but I CAN drive the SC around on Sunday - perhaps to the Symphony (inc my SO in the chorus) performing Beethoven's 9th... yeah - that's the ticket!}

What you need are more friends with more Porsches.
