Default Restorer/356 Expert in Atlanta Area

I am a very happy owner of a 993, but am slowly being pulled into the thought of restoring a 356. I am also a mechanical and automotive idiot, so would be "outsourcing" the process and subsequent maintenance. Does anyone know of a 356 specialist or other useful resources in the Atlanta or southeast area?

I did a search before posting and didn't find anything, so many apologies if I just missed the relevant information.

Many thanks.

Hound Dog.

here is the international 356 Registry website...
http://www.356registry.org/
{they have a "travel assist. network" that might be a good entre}

this is better: the Atlanta chapter (Southern Owner's Group) website...
http://www.356sog.com/Welcome.html
Jerry Henning is their Membership Guy...

I know of some shops, but have little direct experience w/ them - talking w/ local owners is always a great point-of-departure... good luck!

For a top notch restoration see Ray Morgan at VMR - lots of other 356 experts in the Atlanta area as well - the SOG and registry are great resources.
