Are all carbs born equal?
I'm trying to find out if the chokes and /or jets are different in the carbs for a 60PS motor compared to the carbs for a 75PS motor - assuming both are using the Zenith carbs.
Haven't found the answer in all the best books so I'm not sure where to look now.....

Hello
Yes they are different and sometimes different within the engine group.
Your carbs have 24mm funnels (? velocity stacks ) versus the 28mm from the C
Main jets are 110 or 115 versus the 125/130
Main idle jets are 50 versus 55
Secoundarys idle jets are 120 versus 140
Bypass idle jets are
Correction jets are 230 versus 210
Pump jets are 40 versus 50
For hoter/colder areas and high altitudes you did alter the setup.
