We regret to inform you that Harry “The Maestro” Pellow passed away on March 25, 2003.
We are still accepting orders for books, videotapes, and parts, although, for the time being, orders may not be processed immediately. Unfortunately, engine work can no longer be accommodated as The Maestro's vast expertise, advice, and counseling are no longer with us.
While we mourn and miss him, we still welcome your inquiries. We prefer that you contact us via e-mail at maestro@well.com; however, if you must call, the number is (408) 727-1864 and please leave a brief message.
For those customers with pending orders, please contact us immediately via e-mail.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time of mourning and sadness. To paraphrase the Maestro himself: He will be fondly remembered for his unselfish attitude towards Life, People and Porsches. If, after death, one lives on in the hearts and minds of other people, Harry Pellow will be remembered forever.
As Harry always did: KEEP THE 356 FAITH!!!
Rest in peace....

i read about this a few weeks ago on the 912 bbs. very sad to hear the news. he was a very cool excentric man with a mad and brilliant mind. never met him, but i love the stories he has on his webiste, and his books are bibles for all 356 and 912 owners. i plan on learning as much as humanly possable from his books -no one knew these cars like the meistro (with exception to herr doktor!) he will be missed.
