What is the metal top on top of the metal dash called, and does anyone know where to buy one?

The metal thing pretty much rotted away on my '64 SC, nothing left but the rusty clips that held it onto the welded lip of the main dashboard structure beneath it.

Anyone sell new or used or maybe they make a repro fiberglass replacement so that the new one doesn't rust up as well . . . ?
