It always amazes me how much earlier a t-6 car can look without bumpers/horn grilles, etc..
Look how neatly the fenders tuck into the nose on this car. The pure flow of the sheet metal uninterrupetd by bumpers has a way of making the car look much older. I always think of them as being more square than early cars, but
The thing I liked about the pic of Farmers car in the Reg. is how much chopping the top made the front end of that A look much larger and more agressive.
Now to look at more of those pix!

Neil Emory, Gary's father and Rod's grandfather was one of So Cal's early customizers and hot rodders and had a shop called Valley Custom.

Gary got into Porsches and ultimately many of Papa Emory's customizing methods & styles started to emerge in 356's which came to be known as Outlaws. Rod carries on the traditions today primarily focusing on vintage race cars.
