Hi John,
I also own a 964 C4 (a great modern car with the classic design), and happens to own one of the few Carrera Cabs from the early period too. As a big fan of Porsches too I ended up working on a little website created to register all 356 Carrera Cabriolets ever produced by Porsche from 1955 to 1964, they did 164 cars overall.
You are correct. The car you posted the pictures is the only 4-cam 356B T5 Cab RHD ever produced by Porsche. They only did 3 T5 Cabs!!! That one in the UK, another one in Uruguay with a friend of mine (engine is missing) and THE one from the doctor P. that now rides with a T6 nose and a 2L 4-cam engine ordered by the doctor after a small accident.
You can see those 3 cars (and some more) at the following link:
http://www.356carrera.net/inventory.asp?cat=3
My car can be seen at:
http://www.356carrera.net/gallery_SubItem.asp?cat=421
I got some info from this car before and during restoration as per the following link:
http://www.356carrera.net/Inventory...?cat=31&Cod=126
The interesting difference between the car on your pictures and the one on the link is that the one I know has a blue interior that is correct as per its kardex file.
Would you be so kind to send me larger pictures (640x960) on this car to my email:
rabbat@attglobal.net and as much information you have about it as possible?
Your pictures will be posted on the website and shared with the many friends of those rare birds. If you have extra info such as who owns it, since when, engine or VIN number to see if it matches with the one I have registered on the website it would be really great!!
Please let me hear from you at your earliest convenience!
With very best regards,
Freddy

Freddy
Any reason for needing bigger pictures than those posted here?
As for the car, I can't give you and info other than the owners name. I spoke to two guys who where with the car. When I get five mins I'll dig out thier card for you.
Regards
