well i didnt take a whole lot of pics after the carb fire, but heres are some gems

1) gothenburg, nb at the original pony express station.

2) entering the rockes.. a twistin good time

3) i wonder what the pioneers thought when they saw this view? probably 'oh crap, we've gotta get over that?!'

4-6) pretty sceenes

7-9) no problems climbing up to this great 12,100 ft view

10) me and my burnt carb parts

11 on.. utah fried solexes

eh.. sorta. right now, my plan is to have the carbs remanufactured either by benton or beiker. i would rather have john benton do them though. anwyays.. next year.. carbs, brakes cpompletely gone through, new suspension bushings, possably tortion bars and sway bars, ball joints, tie rods ect, lower and align, gas tank, fuel lines, pedal linkage and assembly,.. all will be gone through and fixed or replaced whether it needs it or not. next year, i am taking a year of rest to prepare for 07.. i will drive cross country again in 07. next year i ...gulp..fly (i cant believe i said the f word.. )

at this point its try.. i just landed a new job, so ive gotta make sure i can get the tiem off for it. a promise is a promise and if i cant make it for that i will make it some time else, even if its for a little weekend visit to see whats up.

either fly or the trusty 85 325E. money's a bit tight to get the 12 repaired right now.
