Thanks for the compliments. The paint is actually from House of colours and is a color shifting paint. Gets lot of compliments and kids love it in the paddock and on track. Goes from greenish to bluish to purplish as it goes by you. looks great as seen via in-car video from other racers too.
My car is a 1962 356B T6 coupe. Started "mildly" racing in 1963 with previous owner who affixed small race badges to cover of glove-box. Pretty cool to see the history. Became a full on track only car back in the late eighties, early nineties.
Here are some specs:
1. 1600cc motor with lots of goodies [Skat, Carillo, J&E, etc..]
2. Solexes and K&N filters
3. 741 / 2A transaxle with race gears, LSD, skirmants prepped.
4. full cage, on-board, halon, recaros, ATL fuel cell, etc... safety stuff.
5. upgraded torsion bars and adjustable Koni reds on all corners.
6. "Z" bar rather than camber-compensator. BIG adj front sway bar.
7. '63-'65C calipers / rotors with SS lines, ATE super blue, Pagid Orange or Hawk Blue pads. ATE 23mm dual circuit master cylinder.
8. suspension and pan have been boxed out and strengthened where needed for racing.
9. with about 5 gallons of CAM2 and without the driver it weighs in about #1750 ... a little heavy. Could always replace the glass, get lightweight hood and deck cover, etc... My competition in the speedsters and roadsters run about #1650 w/out driver.
Lots more but those are the basics. Really a lot of fun to race and has allowed me to partake in some spectacular events. I had to pinch myself when I was racing in the middle of a pack of 550s, Spyders, etc... at RRII. What a joy these cars are.

Harry:
Sorry for the late reply. No, Tim B. didn't do the motor. I rebuilt it the last time with a porsche mechanic friend of mine. We also jrebuilt another full-on racer for a spare over this past winter.
Tim B. did stop by this past weekend in my pits at the Jefferson 500. We were swapping lies and telling stories ;-) in between my practice / qualifying / racin'
Will post pics from the race when they come in.
