This is one of those sad, sad cars that you don't know what to do with.
As it sits.....maybe 5-6 grand. If you spend 15- 25 grand completely restoring the car, it might be worth 20-25 grand. If it was an open car, cabriolet, roadster etc, it would be worth spending the dough to make it right.
There is probably lots of cancer in the pan and longitudinals, which adds up to $$$$.
IMHO, not worth it.

I think its a real SC, anybody interested in the car give me a call, Im not up on 356s and picked up this car along with a 912 and a MB 190sl. - Geoff 919 923 5609

If your looking to sell it I'd be very interested. Just had a few questions. What mechanical condtion is the car in? Is it numbers matching? How much rust is on the car? And if you are looking to sell it, how much are you looking to get for it?

The car is a number matching So Cal car, I am purchasing in from a family friend who is getting up there in years. The other cars are a 912 and a MB 190SL with the hard top. I would sell the car for 6k, Alex I sent you an email.
