Default Just got back from Parade.... W/Pictures

... and we did well

We got 1st in our class (M1 full modified) and then we were rejudged in our division and got a 1st in that also. We never in our wildest dreams thought we had a chance in to win in Class let alone have a Division win too!

Here is a picture of Max parked along side the Carrera GT at the Track. They took a picture of the two cars... the oldest at the Parade and the Newest. I'd like to call it Beauty and the Beast.

You decide which is which...

i like the beast.. max is definitly a beast.. then again i think the early 356s are also the most beautiful.. ah the hell with it.. max is the man hands down.

so did you tear the place up with the racing tires or did you bomb around town with sreet tires?

Your 356 is better looking than the CGT.

Okay Steve... you asked for it.....
We don't have many pictures other than of Max, but then we were stuck to him during the Concours since it was open to the public. Too many non car people walking around with little common sense or care for other people's property.....

Looking for that last speck of dust at 6:30 in the morning. We were
video taping the whole thing and were judged for the first time a 9:59!

before judging. Look at the sign on the Building. Wow a Porsche number
Too bad it wasn't 356!

Nervous time... Robert had the scoring sheets in his hand. Max was all buttoned up. We were the next to be judged for Class. Still this was NOTHING compared to how nervous we were when they surprised us at 3:00 and told us we had 15 minutes to dust the car again. We were going to be judged for Division overall!

A picture taken looking down Main Street. there were 6 blocks of Concours Porsches and three side streets with the Special Interest Group cars and tractors...

Another angle

My other Love is the 993's....

Peter Porsche and I just hanging out....

FINALLY getting the 1st in Division award from the Head Judge...

What a DAY!!!
