Default 356 Fuel Pump Removal

Good evening

I am currently working on a 1963 356 and would like to remove the fuel pump.

While the top nut is easy to access, the bottom nut not so much. I cannot find any combination of tools that will allow me to remove the lower nut. The space between the engine tin and the fuel pump is too tight.

Can the tin be loosened or removed to allow access to the lower bolt? Special tool?

Any help/tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Dan
