I bet it's an aftermarket badge from 50's or 60's before Porsche clamped down on others using their logo.
I found a couple other examples online (one on ebay for $60), but no specific info on who made it or sold it.

All I know is they were made in Spain and they are of superior quality to many others. They have a copper alloy disc attached to a stainless steel grill plate. For $60 to acquire an even nicer specimen I think it was a bargain.Fronkenstein
