Default CAT BY PASS Install & Pics.....

Got the 4S back a few months ago after a complete respray and a few aesthetic upgrades to freshen the look. Glad she's back.

As much as I like the sound of my RSR's, I've been searching for a sound with more snarl and growl. I had a few conversations with Chris Saba (993inNC) about his DACH System Cat-By Pass pipes and figured it was worth a shot.

No disappointment here at all. The X pipe finish was great and the fitment couldn't have been better. It took me an hour to pull out the cats and 45 minutes to install the by pass pipe.

The sound is awesome. A deep V8 rumble that goes unnoticed if you're taking it easy around town....but put your foot in it around 3k and lookout

The X pipe weighs 16 pounds less than the cats and the CEL has not been triggered. Pre-cat 02 sensors fit perfectly and post cat 02 sensors were tied up in the upper engine compartment.

No affiliation with Chris, other than a very satisfied customer. A few pics from install day.....

Just wondering if you parked that GT in your living room or is that the garage?

Are you still running the RSRs with the cat bypass? or did you go back to the stock cans?

I am thinking about this but wonder if the cat bypass + RSR (or other after market mufflers) would be too loud?

We need sound clips. How does it compare to Supercups?

Wow! The cat bypass with stock mufflers sounds really good! How much and where can I get one?

Thanks!
