TurboKraft Tears Down a 1987 930 Porsche 911 Turbo Engine

TurboKraft loves its Porsches. Based out of Phoenix, Arizona, the shop specializes in the German gems, and it recently undertook one of its biggest projects to date. TurboKraft found and bought a 1987 930 Porsche 911 Turbo to do an electronic fuel injection conversion on it. The magicians there are also doing a new clutch job, a transmission rebuild, and a tune, among other things.

Everything starts at the heart, though, right? So Speed Academy decided to document the whole process. Episode 1 began with an explanation of everything that’s happening, and a tour of TurboKraft.
