CFOS 19 will feature loads of fun for Porsche fans, from track events to a swap meet and everything in between.

Car show season is upon us, and Porsche fans have a slew of great options coming up. Especially those who reside in or near California. One of the coolest on our personal calendar is the California Festival of Speed, which is set to kick off its 19th annual gathering at the Auto Club Speedway in Fontana on April 25-26. Billed as the ultimate Porsche enthusiasts dream weekend, CFOS is packed with all sorts of fun activities, including club races, time trials, a swap meet, Porsche corral, Porsches for sale, a Porsche timeline display, vendor row, and track tours, to name a few.

Even better, admission is completely free. Parking is $15, however, so you’ll need some cash for that. But that’s nothing really, especially considering the scope of events that are set to take place. On Saturday, it all kicks off with amateur wheel-to-wheel action in the Club Racing event, which is part of the the West Coast Series. Registration for this event opens up on March 9. Next up is time trials, which pit you against the clock. If that sounds like your cup of tea, registration begins on March 7. Or, for a mere $20, you can cruise your car around the track at parade speed.

If racing isn’t your thing, there are plenty of other reasons to attend the 19th annual CFOS. A slew of manufacturers, suppliers, tuners, and restoration experts will be present on vendor row. The kids will get a kick out of PCA’s juniors booth, which offers up entertainment for young Porsche fans. And then there’s the Porsche Corral, which promises to be filled with all sorts of cool cars to scope out.

The 911 Timeline might be our favorite event at CFOS, however. This lineup will feature every generation of Porsche’s iconic sports car, showing off its evolution in the flesh. If you’re looking for a car or elusive part to purchase, the swap meet promises to have a little something for every avid shopper. And if you don’t currently own a Porsche but want to get some wheel time, there’ll even be a mini driving experience set up in the parking lot.
