Digital championship of real-life race headed to double-header event April 25.

The tradition-steeped, roughly five-miles-long racetrack in Belgium’s forested Ardennes region is the venue for rounds five and six in the fight for the title in the digital championship of the real-life Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup. Porsche Junior Ayhancan Güven and Larry ten Voorde share the lead with 90 points each. Both have won two of the four races contested so far on the iRacing simulation platform. Thirty-four drivers will go head-to-head in their Porsche 911 GT3 Cup racers at the virtual event on the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps.

The two 25-minute races will be streamed live here as well as on the Porsche YouTube channel. The current Eurosport expert and former Supercup driver Jan Seyffarth provides the race commentary for the “Ardennes rollercoaster†event. The German TV channel Sport1 will televise both races live.
