And to answer your question, I don't know how difficult or easy it is to replace the trim. I'd make it easier on myself and place an overlay on it

never liked the fake wood look in any car. was curious since it seems some cars are easier than others to replace. It doesnt look bad since its got the espresso interior.

It's real wood, very rich in appearance and depth if you haven't seen it in person, it is a rare choice, esp with a manual.
I drove a c4s at the Atlanta experience center with dark wood and it looked great.
