Hey guys, I wanted to help out our Lamborghini of Houston store to get this car a little better exposure in the marketplace. I realize that we have a lot of Porsche race enthusiasts here but I also see these types of cars in some of the signature lines so I thought I would offer it up.
2013 Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Super Trofeo Factory Race Car in Lamborghini Houston wrap over a fully stripped out Nero Perseus / Carbon Fiber interior. This Super Trofeo Factory Race Car is powered by a 5.2L 570hp V10 through an All Wheel Drive System.

Lamborghini Houston of the indiGO Auto Group has participated in Lamborghini’s 2014 Super Trofeo IMSA North American race series. This is the premiere single make race series featuring the Lamborghini Gallardo LP570 Super Trofeo race car, the only 4-Wheel-Drive GT racer in the world. Operating the race team is Rick Ware Racing, a long standing team having run everything from NASCAR to GT in Rolex and the Daytona 24 hour race.

The 2014 season inaugural race was at the famed Sebring International Raceway in Sebring, FL.
The Lamborghini Houston Super Trofeo Factory Race Car competed in the Super Trofeo Amateur Class where it raced at a total of 8 different events. The first victory for the No. 9 Lamborghini Houston Gallardo was at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca where it took home first place in the Amateur Class and fifth overall. Afterwards the number No. 9 car placed third at Walkins Glen International during Round 10 of the Super Trofeo Race Series.

one (stupid?) question tho after looking at the close up of the center console, the icon for the left- and right-most toggles...does this thing actually have auto/electric windows?? or are those simply leftover factory buttons now repurposed (but not rebadged) for something else?

Good question and good eye! I'm going with yes on this simply because I don't see any other mechanism in which to lift the window..
And yes it's an Acme rocket with a seat in it!

If you have to ask on running costs.... Although I was talking to a drive of one of these a few months back and said they were much lower than 991cup.
